Date formats can be established as either MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY.

Recognizable Import Formats include: Left sided lists with fields separated by Carriage Returns, tab delimited data, and comma delimited data (CSV) meaning that you can easily import your Windows, Yahoo, Google and other address books in quick fashion.

In like manner, records can be exported in similar formats. The end user has the ability to export all records or those of his/her choosing. The same applies to fields. Sensitive information can be filtered out.

The software comes bundled with most of the popular label and envelope templates. Having said that, the end user does have the capability to create their own templates with ease.
