There exists no smarter or quicker way to handle typing tasks that by utilizing the Frequently Used Terms List(s).

With this option, you can add and edit words and phrases to your lists for automatic completion or insertion into the Notes or Planner.

Word insertion is accomplished through various methods: Drag and Drop, left click, right click and more. You can even elect to have how many keystrokes you make before any word or phrase is suggested.
