EZ Wedding Viewer allows the bride to view and edit proposals created with EZ Wedding Productions (by wedding planners and vendors) at no cost. It's free and easy to use. 

Naturally, some limitations have been built into the software to protect the vendor from prices being changed, whether intentional or otherwise.

The bride does have, however, control over which items can be removed and how many of each item she intends to use. All amounts are automatically recalculated so she has a good idea of what to keep and what to get rid of to stay within budget. This is better demonstrated by viewing the images below.

The above image shows an example of a section from a proposal that was emailed to the bride which she opened with EZ Wedding Viewer. The format of each page is laid out exactly as it would appear in EZ Wedding Productions, so what she sees is exactly as the vendor has created it.

The image below shows that same section of the proposal after she has edited it. In this case, note that she wants to change the bridal bouquet, thus she has noted, initialed and has removed the price or, in this case, entered zero.

Note: The bride cannot edit prices, but she can remove them or enter zero. In this manner, the vendor need not worry about checking each price again. More information below the image...

Again, referring to the above image, we also see that she has increased the quantity of attendants from 4 to 6 and that the price on the right has been updated to reflect this change - increasing from $180.00 to $270.00. The subtotals and totals on the final page are automatically updated as well. As you can see, there is no guesswork regarding how much she's spending - it's right there for her to see.

For both the bride and the vendor, there is no easier method of settling on the specifics of the production. After the vendor has created the proposal using EZ Wedding Productions, the bride has edited it with EZ Wedding Viewer and when she's done, she can email it back to the vendor. No meetings need to take place, saving both the bride and the vendor a lot of time and inconvenience. 

In the above example, you'll note that there doesn't exist multiple choices for each category. From a practical standpoint, the vendor may want to do this so that the bride can merely delete all the items that she doesn't plan to use. Or, perhaps better still, send a few proposals so she can edit the one best suited for her budget.

Another point worth noting for the vendor - when you create the initial proposal and send it to the bride, the subtotals, tax, deposit, and balance due information can be included in the file. When the bride edits the proposal, the amount she sees on the final page is correct, including the tax (be sure to inform her of the current tax rate).

With EZ Wedding Viewer, the amount of options are significantly less than with EZ Wedding Productions, so she'll have no problem learning how to use it... it's pretty cut and dry. A help file is included just in case, though.

As a vendor, you'll probably want to have the software on a disk to give to the bride. You can freely download it from this website and distribute it as you see fit. Installation is simple and fast.
