1. SUGGEST A NEW FEATURE: You can receive a discount by providing us with a suggested feature that we can utilize in future versions. If we like and incorporate your idea into the software, upon publishing, we will extend your license an additional 6 months at no cost.

2. REPORT A BUG: Prior to the product being introduced onto the market, we employed a team designated to extensively test EZ Contract Proposal. This team found most bugs and reported them to us - at which time they were examined and resolved.

However, it is human nature and quite possible that another individual could use the software in such fashion to generate an error previously unnoticed.

Should you encounter a significant error or problem (as mentioned above) that has not already been addressed, email the nature of the problem to us to receive a discount of up to 50% on your software (upgraded version, of course).
